There’s something we want you to see.
Your gift of $120 on April 9 is already on its way to a village that has waited generations for this day.

Right now, 703 million people wake up without clean water close to home. For many, the day begins before sunrise with a long walk to a distant pond or river, carrying a heavy jerry can back over rocky ground. The water they collect is often the same water animals drink from, and it can carry the diseases that keep children out of school and parents out of work.
charity: water partners with local organizations to change that, one community at a time. Together they drill wells, protect springs, build rainwater systems, and install taps, then train the community to maintain them for the long haul. Sensors on many of the new wells send back real data so a broken pump gets fixed instead of quietly failing.
When the water finally flows, everything shifts. Girls who spent their mornings walking now spend them in classrooms. Mothers reclaim hours of their day. Clinics can wash hands and instruments. A single clean water point becomes the center of a healthier, more hopeful village.
And because of the 100% Model, every dollar you gave goes straight to the field. Your gift isn't just a donation — it's a well, a school day, a first cold, clean drink of water.
Before, we drank the same water as the cattle, and our children were always sick. Now the water is clean and close. My daughters go to school instead of walking to the swamp.— A mother in a charity: water partner community (representative account)
